· Involving in contract renewal processes, sourcing promotions fromhotels,
· Support to hoteliers via professional and positive communication,
· Efficient communication with external and internal partners,
· Setting up profile on hotel database for the direct contractedhotels and activating the updated ones to sell on websites,
· Providing support to Market Managers for online and offlinemarketing activities, fairs, partner events etc.,
· Adjusting cancellation policies and market restrictions further tothe feedback from hotels and relevant Market Manager,
· Assisting the operations for book out cases,
· Following up payments,
· Area sourcing and assisting Market Managers for direct contractingprocess.
· Optimization of the current product by;
· Receiving the top selling hotel list report periodically in theirregion and suggest a prospect list to the Market Manager, get better rates andallotments if already contracted,
· Maximize the total revenue of the region and the performance ofdirect contracted hotels,
· Identifying high season in their region and request extraallotment for peak period,
· Making sure that if the contracted hotels are listed on websitesproperly.
